Height Boosting Shoe Insoles

These height boosting shoe insoles create an additional 5cm of height (1.97 inches). They are inserted into the heel of your shoe and can be used all day safely. However, during demanding physical activity that requires foot movement we recommend switching back to your original shoe insoles during the period of time you are doing the activity. Physical activity such as something like a bench press would be mostly unaffected by the insoles unless you are a serious professional.
